Console or controller acting up?
Even if you treat your electronics with utmost care, they still get tired. If you’re having problems with yours, don’t worry. Our in house specialist can assist with troubleshooting problems with consoles, controllers, and other accessories. How does it work? Bring in the item that’s giving you trouble. There is a $10 diagnostic fee for us to find the root of the problem. Once the issue has been pinpointed, we give you a call to discuss the full cost of repair and what the best option is going forward. Easy!
Battery Issue?
Games not saving? Or maybe time based events glitching on you? Older gaming units sometimes end up with battery problems but that’s no reason to toss them in a box and never play them again. Battery troubleshooting is also something our in house specialist can help with. Don’t just put that Nintendo DS on the shelf if it’s not charging correctly. Bring it in to see us and we will do our best to get it back to normal.
Scratched Disc?
Don’t let a few scratches stand between you and the final level! Discs get damaged more often than any other gaming item and it can be frustrating when your game skips or doesn’t load right. We can give your disc a refresh and get it back to peak playing condition. Disc repair is $5 per disc or $3 if you drop off more than 10 at a time.
Any working games resurfaced for cosmetic reasons only is at the discretion of the customer. Cosmetic adjustments (specifically on GameCube discs) can result in failure of the disc to play.
